Friends list database bug or players lost in merge?

So someone came forward to me with a problem and they don't know what to do so I will bring it up here for discussion. On their friends list since the merge they have a few names that are no longer names but instead the P-00000 number designation thing. They have tried relogging and it didn't fix it. Any clue what this means. Is the player someone lost in the merge or is this possibly just a database bug?

    i got that too but only on my blacklist.
    That happened to people who got the suffix so i assume its the same on the friendlist altough my friendlist doesnt have those P-0000 people in it, they all got the suffix added.​​

    I have lots of people with the suffix on my friends list and none of them have this.

    I've actually got a person on my friendlist that's become P-0. I'm on Etherblade, and we didn't have the suffix added to any of ours. Except... I do know this one person on my friendlist was banned. I had kept the name there as a memorial.

    I have 2 people on my fl that were banned years ago. I kept them on my list but they have their names in my fl and I use them for invites, formally DW server.

    have those people log on? i got the same thing on two names on my blacklist and i think its cause they haven't log on to the game, this person quit along time ago lol

    For the blacklist, I know for a long time the way they used to function was that you saw the P number when they were logged in and their name otherwise. I think they changed it sometime back but likely you are experiencing a bug and it's the same case. I haven't bothered with the BL in a long time. And haven't had time to play since the merge. As for the FL, IDK why it's acting like that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
