What the bloody hell is wrrong with GM!?

After alots of in game issue for a long time, at last i lost my patience and decided to make this forum post, just to make it clear about how BAD is support system. Lets totally forget about what happend long ago when some people got around 20+ orb ocean. So im gonna start with my last 3 ticket.
First once was 2 3 month ago when i got my first S card by 10A card quest, and when it was in my inventory another npc poped a quest, so i took another quest too with out knowing what it does, No warning nothing, just took the quest and that npc destroyed my s card. i sent ticket and what i got as respond was: -they didn't return the item.
But then i heard from my faction mates that there was people who had the same issue but they got helped by gms by getting another s chest.
So if i ******* shut my mouth and say ok it was my fault but WHY a tt90 or lower tt geared requires to drag THE item in its place to decompose, yet an S card becomes a trash by just taking one smiple quest.
So the second issue was during "Midsummer Crazy Collection" in order to get A chest and those lucky tokens for raffle, i sent 2 freaking ticket for missing reward twice. but what they did was deleting my ticket with this respond: the ticket basically told the poster to come back after the promo
I said i need those lucky tokens for raffle the one u gather to get higher chance of winning raffle!
After all none of my problems got solved but most of my tickets got deleted by GMs.
This is a straight answer to ur Feedback Request so try to get THE POINT of it.

First issue isnt really fault of GMs. The reason why they dont really like to return us **** is because ppl have in past abused it. They have intentionally npcd old gear to get shards/orbs back for it. People have used that exact quest to get rid of S cards they dont want in order to get new chest in order to get one they find more useful.
The 2nd issue is more of their general rule. They are told to to handle possible missing items after promotion by their superiors. Really, in general, you shouldnt be mad at GMs who you are in contact but their management. 0 -

I once deleted around 6k mchip by mistake whit a bunch of DQ item. I wrote to them and explain what I did, I stayed polite and also told them that I would understand if they could not recover it, has it was my own mistake to not pay attention.
I got my m chip the next week in maintenance.
The lesson, now I double check what I sell, and I also read the quest to make sure I understand it.0 -
It can depend on who gets your ticket really. Some days it feels as though the only people they care about are cash shoppers other days however they seem to be very polite and helpful. Your best bet is to just stay calm, remain polite and kindly ask if they can do anything to help you resolve the issue. The GM's do have to deal with a lot of BS from other players, some of which are just trying to get free stuff out of them. Most everyone knows by now they CAN recover such items but they wont for quite a few things. I think the only time it would be a big problem is if it were anything like Rank 9 equipment, which cannot be recovered if lost.0

then why they are not making the same decompose methode like gear decomposing? instead of just poping a stupid quest with out warning? S card = NW recast gear or whatever.

Support is a problem, but then again it always was.
I was missing around 200 july tokens and opened up a ticket. The whole thing was very easy to trace.
I only got a vague reply that they will look at it, and my ticket moved to Solved.... They did not even say that yes there is a problem, yes we will fix it this way or another.

Thats Wanmei. PWE cannot alter things like that, their contract forbids it.
As for promo ending. You want to make sure your ticket is open just to remind them, also realize when these issues are common the queue on tickets is a long one. 0 -
PW support never helps me because I can't remember what I put down as my favorite Super Hero from 4 years ago. As excited as I am for the server merge I am also sick worried that if something goes wrong I won't get support.
Funny thing is when you make a new account now they don't even ask you that question, what is you favorite superhero? Feel treated unfairly for sure.0 -
