Is anyone else not getting the tokens from the spend promo?

According to the table, I should be receiving 8 July Lucky Tokens alongside the gold charms, but while I've received the gold charms, I haven't gotten the corresponding tokens for them.

I have received the tokens for the other reward tiers. It's just this one that doesn't seem to be working for me. :/

    I've had the same issue, getting the rest, but missing the 8 from the charms (80 total)

    Turns out I am missing the 80 from the charms too. guess its glitched.

    Im still waiting for Tier 3,4,5 after 200 gold spent in game... wanted the A chests basically and didn't really pay attention to the rest but did get some crowns and gold charms.

    I'm in the same situation as you, vonheltr. Still waiting for my tier 3, 4, 5 rewards as well.

    So I just got some of the tier 3, 4, 5 rewards but not all of them. Still missing the other tier 5 and a bunch others. Their mailing seems to be broken. @_@

    Tier 2 is broken, it is a known issue it has been posted in the report thread for awhile. Please be patient as the support staff has already been notified and will issue a fix before the end of the event.

    Cleared my mailbox but still no Tier 3,4 or 5. I did get 10 mails of tokens but no other reward.

    The same thing is happening to me vonheltr... no tier rewards just july tokens. Main reason why I did this is to get the free dragon orb tickets and avatar A/S chest/packs.
