Arc Redeem ERRORS

Unfortunately the Blessing redeem code generate the following error:

Everyone in my faction is experiencing the same issue. As such I assume this is an arc specific error that has yet to be reported. Please escalate this. I'll hit up live chat when it opens up with this issue as well.

Yep, I can confirm that I am also recieving the same message when I attempt to redeem a blessing.

I created a live chat request and spoke with a rep and explained that this issue is affecting everyone. The live chat rep was able to replicate the issue and contacted the proper department that handles the arc code redeem server and had them fix it in all of 30 seconds. Now cross server ALL GAMES Arc Redeem code service should be working.

I had no issues redeeming the blessing. Try again. Maybe they fixed the issue

i'm still having problems with this. no arc code are working currently.

If you're still having problems i'd suggest speaking to LIVE CHAT or making a ticket. They resolved it for the harshlands players that I was asking.
