Arc Installer doesn't start (Win7)

Hello,

As stated in the title, I'm currently experiencing an issue with the Arc Installer not starting. I start the program, allow it to make changes, and then the process appears in Task Manager for no more than a second before disappearing. I'm very much at a loss.

What I've tried so far:
-Running the program as an administrator
-Running in all available compatibility modes
-Restarting the computer
-Adding the executable to my antivirus exclusions

I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. I should note that I have had Arc installed on this machine before, but uninstalled it while cleaning my hard drive several months ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm having the same problem, I have Windows 7, I had arc downloaded to this computer but removed it since I don't use this computer anymore, now I tried to download arc again and it won't let me. This is annoying I missed out on 2xp! And this new forums layout looks dumb :P
