flying mount lv 30 quest

hello, me and my friends just started playing pwi, and we found out we can have a new flying mounts since lv 30 from elder of archosaur (we are about lv 39-40), but elder didn't give us any quest like that. So i want to ask you guys if you know how we can get the mounts, when we don't have the quest.. (i looked for it on the internet and people said we can buy it somewhere, but nobody said where we can get it.. ) or what we have to have done to get the quest..

    The level 30 quest fpr a flyer in exchange for DQ items (and the flyer replacement option connected to it) has been disabled as of the Eclipse expansion. Now the only non-boutique way to get a flyer is a level 6 or so quest where you ride a phoenix in a cut-scene to the flying city in Celestial Vale, with no replacement option that I'm aware of. (Note: winged elves start with natural wings, and can still replace them for 10k from the Plume Priest. This was never part of the "free flyer at 30" program.)

    There is also the Questmaster Aerogear flier, which is temporary - you can get it after you did a certain number of non-repeatable quest... I think it was 50 or so. Sounds a lot but it really isn't if you level a bit by questing.

    And the Dreamchaser pack will contain a basic flier. Those are given away by redeem code from time to time.

    Neither of those have Nightshade flyers though.
