Dident get my event gold frommy sage/demon card

I wrote a ticket to the gms of perfect world after not ressiving my reward from turning in my sage/demon card. This is the reply i got:

Upon checking the logs, it appears that your character already redeemed the Demon/Sage Event Card Ticket last 02/15. However, if you haven't received the Event Gold from it and believe this is caused by an in-game bug, I recommend posting this to our PWI Quality Corner, as this would be a good topic to discuss with the Moderators and QA. Our Development Team and Community Teams check the forums often as well.

I dont know what to do with this since i dont see how i can get them even tho PW was clear on that i should have ressived the reward. Can anyone help me with this issue that is from the Moderators or QA. Since i dont know how to solve this for me. I did turn in the quest but when i checked my event gold status it was still stuck on 400 event gold and not 450 that it should be on.

I went to my mailbox and took out a sage/demon event card went to Pwi Boutique Agant to turn it in. But when i took the quest i did not reseave my 50 event gold. I did naither get a quest to accept the 50 event gold. This was at the south city one in archasaur.
Time and day was 02/22/2015 at around 4am server time.
