    That's not true. I remember I was doing that quest and I was able to complete it. Maybe the boss only shows up in certain periods of time, but it is not completely absent.

    So while I was researching and writing up the preceding post, my stormy that needed the kill was sitting at the autopath point for Mutated Su Miu, and when I tabbed back to the client she was dead... killed by Mutated Su Miu. Seems like pwdatabase is out of date on this mob. Disregard this thread.

    She is there. She wanders. You just have to wait for her to walk by. Took about 5-10 minutes for me.
