[ Heavens Tear ] Low Level Dueleing Events

Looking for people interested in the idea of Low level dueling

Part of my idea comes from Diablo 2 : LOD

At level 9 is the first Level you can Hostile someone I.E - PvP/PK
They even have Lv 18 & Lv 30 Duelers

The Object is to stray away from Highest Level Toons & Gear

In perfect world It's Level 30

My idea is to bring Low Level Dueling events to Perfect world.

I'm looking for people interested in this idea and would like to test
out how it runs with people.

Getting bored with End Game & High Level Gear.

Time for a change.

I find it harder and harder to obtain Tripple stats items Lv. 30 & Under.
( Blue / Purple Items )

My objective is to find a group of people dedicated to Level 30 Dueling.

It's hard to get people into the idea of LLD (Low Level Dueling) for this for this game.

I want to find at least a few people out there who would wanna try.

I've had the idea for along time to start a Dueling faction based on LLD (Low level Dueling)

My Favorite would be Lv. 80 TT Gold Set Duelers With +10 & Lv 10 Gems
This idea Can be spread about from 80 & ↓Under ( 80, 70 , 60 , 50 , 40 , 30 )

Nothing inbetween Only 80, 70 , 60 , 50 , 40 , 30

Mainly for Events & Prize Wining ( Just for fun )
( Mostly Bragging rights on the Best Lv 30 / 80 Dueler )
