A couple quick questions

1) Does primal passives effect both pvp and pve or just 1?

2) Does server exp event such as 2x/3x stack with hypers?

3) I notice the free dragon orbs you get only works on gears that says "bound" on them, will I be able to use a bound stone from the boutique on a R8 weapon/armor?

1) Yes, it affects both.

2) From what I know (might be wrong) it does stack, let's say you activate x12 exp on the hypers, if there is 2x exp going on then you will get x13 exp (Not x24 as some people think)

3) Yes, they cost 50 silver each and you can use them on any gear, also, please ignore the part that on the dragon orbs that says "Required lvl of gear has to be under LV16" or something along those lines, it works on G16 gear (nirvana, lunar, r9, wtv)
