here http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Dungeons you have a list of dungeons.

    Their difficulty:
Most of the dungeons have their role in your cultivation quests and bounty hunter. These dungeons are named "FB19" "FB29" 39....49(51) ... 59 etc. This number represents the level that you could start thinking about doing them. (solo you can add at least 10 to that number though)
None of these dungeons offer drops that are worth farming for profit. The only thing they offer is really good non tradable gear with a very high drop chance. So this is where you want to get the gear improvements as you level up. You can get this gear from higher levels than the dungeons you can solo by trying to find someone who is doing them to farming nuemas. High level players often farm nuemas in low level dungeons and it takes them 2 minutes per run. As long as you are sure not to accidentally grab the nuema, many will happilly allow you to tag along and grab the gear drops.

Then there are a bunch of dunguons that are not FB dungeons, these can mostly be considered harder than the highest of FB dungeons and thus for level 100+ toons.
Exceptions are frost city which can be done with squad from level 75ish. Frost city was for experience gaining primarily, but they removed that option. It barely has any item drops. (2 flawless shards at the end)

Phoenix valley is another dungeon for exp with no drops. It is available in different levels, starting at lvl 40.

Twilight Temple has different areas for different levels. This also starts to become feasible at level 75ish. This is the farming instance. It drops components that can be combined into gear that most people use as it can be upgraded all the way to G16.

Then there are warsong and lunar. These are about as hard as the hardest part of twilight temple. As opposed to TT, they are almost exclusivily done in squads though and rarely solo. So you can do this with mediocre lvl 100 gear (G15/morai minimum) These are good places to farm for profit with squads. Until you are OP, this will be more lucrative than doing TT solo.

Valley of Reciprocity Delta is the most boring thing ever. It does have some drops, but so little that even those who can AFK solo it (yes it is that boring) dont really bother with it.

Advanced Endless Universe gives boxes that might contain skill books. These boxes can be sold to other players for a profit. The instance is a bit different than others. (more complicated) some thing its fun, some thing its annoying.

If you want to know exactly what something drops, or who drops it, just google the name of the boss or item and you will find a link to this site that knows nearly everything there is to know about PWI items and NPC/mob/bosses: http://www.pwdatabase.com/mob/8245

If you are looking at the dungeons because you want to farm for profit pre level 100, i would advise against that. Very little profit is to be made. Instead they added to the game jolly jones quests that give free money every day. This should help you cover your bills for repair and buying skills on your way to level 100. So just do that, get your gear out of the FB dungeons and start thinking about getting rich after you got to level 100.
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.
