PWI website screwed up?

I believe i had one of my email accounts **** while i was away and i tried to explain this to them. They asked me to send an email from the account.

Problem is, if my email account was **** & the account password changed, and my pwi details were in that email address ( which they were ), how can i send an email from that address?

Also, one of the email addresses they told me to contact them on is completely wrong on their database. The email they told me to use i have had for over 7 years & they told me basically it was ME that got it wrong

You'll have to try and work with them on all that.

Account verification is always difficult and if you've lost the e-mail used for the account, that makes it even worse. Try and see about alternate ways of getting it verified that it's your account and try to be patient with them over it all.


That said, nobody here can really help you with this either.

HELP!!!

Typically, you can go to the email provider, explain the situation, and retrieve the email.

I would have done that before trying to recover any other accounts.
