Plain of Fareweels seal missing?

The seal used to be in the Charmed Eye Lake but isn't there today after maint last nite. Don't know if this was intended or not??

Haven't done this title yet so not sure if it was working before or not.

    It definitely was working. The seal should be not far below the water's surface, not down at the bottom of that very deep lake. I can't get in game at the moment to see if it's there.
