    Yeah and just check who is hiding behind alts or w/e, enjoyed spying on people to gather intel, so I can BL all of the chars, now it will suck.

    More suckiness to add to the increasing levels of suckiness in pwi. I am VERY ****ing unhappy about this, getting to the point where I really dgaf if I never come back to play

    You can use Arc for it, although it's not as handy as Core.

    Log into Arc->Click your name->My Account->Friends

    If you're exceptionally concerned they seem fishy you could demand they friend an officer.

    Even Core wasn't a 100% thing though, people can/do make alts on accounts other than their main.

    Not inviting strange people until you know them better seems a bit better.

    While Core was pretty useless in most ways, I did also like to use it to check on people. Not because my faction gets shady applications, but because sometimes people would apply and I'd try to contact them for ages only to find out by finally checking on Core that they were not even on the right server. So I started checking right away to save myself some time (and it also let me know if they were fac hoppers, or had joined a different one immediately after applying to mine).
