When turning off the option 'My Name', it turns off my name, faction, order but not my spouse.

    Spouse Name can be turned off also but not from "My name option" in the UI.

    I think it should be separate. I prefer playing with my name turned off but if I turn off character titles then I can't see the spouses of other players over their names and that's annoying. I either have to keep mine up or turn off everyone's.
