East servers Down Again?

I have been trying to log on for at least 3-4 hours now. West servers are working but i cant get into any in the East. I wish PWI would update their info and let everyone know that the servers are down. HERE They have been showing green that the servers are online the entire time. Its seem like the page i linked above, is there for no apparent reason.
