Status on new Morai books

Anyone know if the new lv 79 and lv 100 Chrono page skills that were added to Morai are tradable or not? I'd rather not switch orders unless I have to.

    The books are tradable. I'm doing the same thing, just keeping one character in each order and getting the books that way. 7k is a lot of prestige to gain.
