This quest auto-pathed here to the Emerald Gulf ship but the npc is not here. Does this npc only show at certain times or he's missing until they figure out where he ran off to?

think thats supposed to be entrance in new instace maybe, not sure. If thats the case we didn't got that instance so no npc.
