    Its not there. Look in the NPC finding Thing. It's a bug or whatever. The NPC isn't in teh game at this moment.

    Found her. She's in North Arch next to the Lucidsilver/gold npcs :)
    Extraction fee is always 100k. Be cautious the fashion will be destroyed in this process. The random dyes aren't tradable, but stashable.
