    Do hope its just a technical issue. While the Russian (or any other foreign language) script in wc can be a bit annoying, I have met quite a few Russian players and been in squads with them. While they, as a whole, are not over chatty, probably due to the language difference, they have been quite friendly and helpful.

    Well, last news.
    I e-mailed and e-mailed and e-mailed again and had a lot of communications with support (and they answered quickly just like in a chat) and I was offered to change password on my main account manually for me. And for doing this I had to verify and prove that account is mine so I was asked a lot of information concerning account (including answer for a secret question). After that my password was changed manually and new one was e-mailed to me but this didn't work so I still cannot log into the site.
    And in the last e-mail I've asked support if there is a probability of technical problem that cannot be solved in one-two-three and wouldn't it be better for me to wait until it fixed. And in a reply I was thanked for patience and understanding and told that they'd try to fix this ASAP.
    Well, like that. As for me - I got couple of blessings else so hope they'll fix this in two weeks =) As for others - no worries, its gonna be okay. Things will be fixed, we'll be playing as usual.

    Once you change your e-mail in this fashion, it can take a couple of hours before you will be able to log into the site properly.

    It also helps to clear your cache.

    E-mail doesn't change, only password. And it's not cache or cookies since we all have this issue.

    Bump. Is there any news? I think some of us (players) want their blessing and their dreamchaser, while some of you (PWI staff) want our zen. Am I wrong? f:angry

    Wrote them last week - they still had technical issues.
    Writing 'em again. =)

    I'm almost out of blessings, so this week will be the last one I'm playing and after it I'm not gonna play for a while. But, lucky for me, I'm adult and got my salary and account in pay-to-play MMORPG which is known as the fastest selling MMORPG in history. And yeah I know that many Russian players bought that MMO last September just to try, and that is lucky for me again.

    Anyway, I'm not going to leave PWI forever cause I do like my main char and I do like playing it, so I'll just mark the time till things go better.
