How do I get in touch with someone who can help me? I've sent numerous tickets which all are being marked solved without a single response? Nothing. Not a flame thread, just a serious question.

    If it is a account or billing or bann related issue then only and only Support Team will be able to assist you. If it is a Technical related issue then you can search the forum or Make a Thread about it. Also without giving any answer Support Team won't change the status of your ticket from Unsolved to Solved. It may be possible that the reply wasn't satisfying or just an copy paste reply but Support Team is always bound to give a response.

    No, it is being marked solved with no reply whatsoever, I would not clearly say that if that is not what I meant.
