Please help me! **** account

Hello, today, as i got back home and wanted to check my catshop, i discovered that i've been disconnected from server, and when i logged back, all my trading items and some other items that i had, had been stolen, they simply were gone along with all my money :'< I didn't even had that much that someone would get into the trouble of stealing... i had 20mil in my inventory and 25 mil worth of fashion. It's not that much, considering that others have 400mil on them or even more.
Is there any way i can get my stuff back...? I can even say what my items were... at least the ones that can be identified, like Fash clothing, i only had 3 of them...
I also had like 4 pieces of hair fashion, but those anyone could have...
Please help me, i don't know what to do, because i have nothing now:<

    Hit up the support tab on the top of this page and submit a ticket. That's pretty much all you can do now.

    If your account has been compromised you will want to take the following actions as soon as possible in order to safeguard all your hard work:

    1. Scan your computer with up-to-date antivirus software and remove viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, keyloggers, and rootkits.

    2. Secure your computer and email address by changing the necessary passwords. These two passwords should NOT be the same, and should match no other passwords for any websites or games.

    3. Regain access to your Perfect World account by changing your password.

    4. Contact PW Customer Service and explain what happened to the best of your ability.

    Bans & **** related problems cannot be discussed in this forums please get in touch with a Support GM who will be able to help you.

    Sizzer, you forgot to include changing the e-mail password and also not telling anyone your login data ever again.

    Just as a side note... Accounts don't get "****". The account owner just gets caught practicing poor account security.

    Yes that too & also even my account was **** because of my carelessness not using firewall,anti-virus nothing as security & one day BAAM nothing in my account not even 1 t3 mold lol. b:laugh
