i wantted to know at which refine of SkyCover it would make Up the 5 Def lvl in R9 Ring
(also would be cool if there is a site that calculate the damage /sirvival index )

And i would like to hear Opnion About Best 2 Rings that can be used (Not include the NW rings cuz of their high cost >.<).

It doesnt work like that mate. Refines on ornies reduce flat damage, def lvs reduce percent damage. The more damage you take the more they reduce. The Ideal farming combo is 2 highly refined skycover's unless you upgrade the r9 ring. For PvP its one of the 2 and a cloudstir unless, once again, you upgrade the r9 ring.

pretty sure you end up with x% reduced p/m dmg... not -x p/m dmg
    you only purge once #yopo

b:surrender I've always seen the damage reduced by static amounts.
