Cannot update?

EarthenBlade - Sanctuary

So i downloaded the arc manager last night, installed pwi overnight, and cannot play. I start the launcher, and it says that it cannot connect to the update server, and to try selecting another update server, which doesn't work either. So i downloaded the manual patch ver. 719-729, but when i start teh manual patch, it tells me:

"Updates Complete. Please click the confirm and restart the update for confirm was the client version updated."

Edit: Also, more of an off-topic thing right now but an account i created years ago( With a level 95 sin on it) told me that "New accounts cannot post new threads within 3 days of creation". I'm a little..confused there. Had to log into an even older account in hopes that pwi wasn't just being very very silly...
