Not getting zen bonus from Ultimate Game Card

I recently purchased two UltimatePay cards. The denomination of the cards they sell here is $25 US. Your zen purchase mechanism does not recognize a $25 purchase so I used the cards for $20 purchases. They other $5 was banked by the system for later use. I redeemed the two cards for 2300 zen each (the correct amount for a $20 purchase.)

I then redeemed the remaining $10. The UltimatePay confirmation email correctly showed that I would get 1150 zen. The PerfectWorld confirmation email said I would received 1000 zen (no bonus). My account received 1000 zen.

I suspect that the software does not recognized that the banked money is from an UltimatePay card, hence is not paying off the bonus.

Someone I know redeemed $10 cards and received the bonus.

I submitted a ticket on this, a week ago, but have not yet even received acknowledgment of receipt of the ticket.

Caveat emptor: "Let the buyer beware" if you plan to spend money to participate in this promotion.

    I think u should try posting it Zen & Billing Help section in TechSupport Forum to get a reply from a Billing Specialist quickly.
