Looking to start something fun & have

Level 80 Only
Level 50 Only
Level 30 Only Dueling / PvP Faction

I wanna start with a good solid set of people.
& get up some characters going to get this going.
Want to eventually host dueling games, for Player of faction and anyone outside out faction
for challenges and so forth for the 3 preset levels.

I'm looking for people who would be interested in trending into a fun style of PvP

In previous games,And this game, I have played higher level, end game gear duels
And always find more of a challenge in lower level dueling, It's not as easy to have the required stats & points fore certain % of break points.

Need people to help with building

Illegal items suggestion lists

What skills and Genie skills can and can't be used.
I.E. Rules list, Whats good manners and bad.
I'd like to turn this into a fun faction.
