NPC Lu Zah missing

The NPC Lu Zah, who should be on one of the bridges in Sanctuary according to autopath, is missing, preventing you from completing the Astral Shard quest after you've gotten one from mob drops.

There was another thread about this somewhere, also claiming that the astral shard quest can not be deleted. I have not checked that (even though this quest is on my list). I can check it later.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
