No more Drops From Delta?

Bug or Change, Today was BH W2 and when we kill the bosses they dont drop anything, we decide to do w3 to c if only was w1-w2 but w3 same as the others dont drop anything.

    They haven't dropped coins for a while, dropping pots/shards is random so they can sometimes drop nothing.
