i put in the redeem code and seleted a new alt when it was accepted it said it went to another alt that i deleted about 6 months ago?

    I need help!

    My Dreamchaser Pack lost!

    Was in the inventory and at once disappeared!? Where is gone my Dreamchaser Pack!?

    Be sure your quest list is not full and check that you have enough space in your inventory, if you have space and quest not full send a ticket.

    This is the type of situation you submit a ticket for if you ever want anyone to look into it.

    Don't forget, it's 3-5 business days to get a response. That means no QQ'ing on Monday that it's been 3 days and no one has looked at it.

    When you redeem the code to a new alt...

    It will usually use the name of a past/deleted old toon. Its not usually lost, aslong as you picked the right toon!!!

    It will show up in your mail.

    If it hasn't shown up then send in a tciket.

    With me is said it was sent to Gurrufangu ( my old lvl 2 barb who i deleted weeks and weeks ago) but it was moved to my psychic who name i already clicked.

    Please check your mail box!
