I finally got PWI to install and now i have to create new character????? I dont want to I was close to lvl 30 on my account UGHHHHH b:angry I am not happy with this

    Click the choose server button at the bottom before you log in. With a new install your preferred server with your characters on it may not be the first the client pulls up.

    Mine is Gone i know my sign in account and i should see my level 34 in there and its not there so what so i do now?

    Server! You have to Choose the RIGHT Server!

    Your character is on one of the servers, you just have to pick the right one.

    Log into each server until you find the one that has your characters.

    I did every server like you suggested and nothing

    Looks like I will have to start over again

    According to Core, you should be selecting the Sanctuary server. Once that is done, you can log in and see your characters. It can sometimes take a minute for your characters to show up if you have a bad connection to the server.

    Well i have done everything so i have no idea where my character Lamynia is at. And this is Really Making me mad. i wrote to support So maybe they can help me i hope.b:angry

    I downloaded the game and when I click "start" button after instaling it and patching. A window appears. something was written in Japanese. And when I closed the window the game didn't start. HEALP ME.
