First off is the arcane rank 9 chest bug fixed?
There was a problem that the second cast you got didn't fit into the third cast rank 9 forge.
Now with NW people will be getting their 2nd cast Rank 9 soon.
Second will your refines hold when you upgrade your rings (or cube neck/capes/etc) at the new NW forges?
