Fash Missing

I dun really know where to post this, but I'm gonna give it a go here b:surrender

So, I am apart of the Lost City server, and before the server had a heart attack, I had traded 7 pieces of fash from an alt to my main. I found about the server down time and just waited like a good little PWI-er. When I logged back on, I look in my fash bag to change my clothes and notice that pieces are missing. But, not only that, I have doubles of two pieces of fash. I was just wondering if this happened to any one else :c

List of Fash Missing:
1. Maiden Top (Pure White) b:cry
2. Maiden Skirt (Pure Black) b:cry
3. Dorothy Heels (Pure Black) b:cry
4. Bikini Top (Black) b:sad
5. Road Warrior Vest
6. Road Warrior Shorts
7. Barfighter Boots

List of Fash Doubled:
1. Sunshine Blouse
2. Trendy Heels

I'm gonna go get food and maybe when I get back and relog, they will be back :c

    Server was probably rolled back a few minutes when they brought it back up. Send in a ticket and pray.

    Send in a ticket and describe in detail what happened and what fashion you're missing. If you have any screenshot of your wardrobe of fashion (that is missing) send in the screenshot as well.

    This has happened in the past with fashion after a server maintenance or emergency restart so ever since then I tend to screenshot my wardrobe occasionally (as well as gear pieces) so I have proof should something like this occur.

    Chances are, if they do replace what's missing, that the replaced fashion will be random coloured though :/

    Insist on the colour you lost, or ask them to send the requisite dyes. They will resist, but be courteous and persistent, you'll hopefully get it back. Or just ask for 300m b:pleased.

    They will have the log of you character's info before the reset/roll back along with colours, so be patient with them. Since you were trading from character A to B, if they reset, character A's info will still show it for them in the logs.
