Surprised I didn't see a OHT guide. So I pulled my old dated one from 2009. (Keep in mind I had cords listed because there was no autopath >.<) Some of this information may be out of date, and if so let me know and I'll adjust it.
Some people were asking information about the Chrono Quest Chain and so I am putting a guide for the entire thing. The first part Wraith's Ply is based on your level, afterwards its level 70+ until you hit OHT quests which starts at 90.
Level 70-79: Wraith's Ploy
The quest can be started at level 70 but encompasses bosses that are difficult to defeat unless higher. The level range for all bosses and mobs are within the levels 70-79 Range
