Faction Icon - Please Help

Hey everyone, my name is Mr_Z. I recently upgraded my faction Buttercup, and would really like an icon but every time I try to upload one I made in paint or something it keeps telling me it's not the right dimension.

Would you all mind helping me make my icon? Please! b:laugh It would be a shame to pay 10 million coins and not get what I was promised.

    heya, ive been down that road before. its a real pain in the *** lol but not too bad once you figure it out the first time. the specs they ask for are no B.S. gotta be spot on. 16x16 pixels and save it in the proper format. cant remember it off the top of my head but thats where i messed up. hope it helps and GL to ya^^

    forgot to mention the wait time can be substantial, few weeks in fact. you'll get an email from pw if you messed up. otherwise just hang out for a bit with unrelenting patience and you'll log on one day to find your much wanted icon chillin over your head.

    The directions when you submit it are pretty straight forward. Make sure the image is a perfect square, bmp, RBG, 24 bit, then reduce it in size to 16 x 16 pixels.

    And its promised only if you submit it in the correct format required.

    It took about 3 weeks for mine to show up.
