Stash "Sticker" for items.

This would be an extremely good money maker for PWI, and a good feature for players in general with the new trend of PWI not allowing stuff to be stashed. What this would do is add a "Frame" around it (much like timed items have a gold frame, but this frame should be colored different, like green or aqua) this frame would signify that it has removed the "Unable to store in account stash." Bit.

Catch? It only works once. Once you remove it from stash, it removes the sticker too, forcing that item to need a new sticker. /moneymaker
