Yep! Another QQ thread.
This game is dead... simple:

before: Oh god, plenty of quests!
nowadays: Doesn't matter, I have R9.

before: Nice, we can make our own gear!
nowadays: Doesn't matter, I have R9.

before: Great Tailor, Blacksmith, Craft and Apothecary manufacturer system!
nowadays: Doesn't matter, I have R9.

before: Nice! There're skills Sage and Demon!
nowadays: Doesn't matter, I have R9.

before: Wonderful! We can forge HH gears!
nowadays: Doesn't matter, I have R9.

before: Hmm... PvP, Duels, Arenas...

    Not everybody has R9, and not everybody wants it.

    If the game is dead for you, then move on to another one. I still enjoy this one just fine.

    You can call any hobby and addiction. Smoking , gambling , playing games , building model cars, collecting magazines. Do you see where I am going with this? Just because someone enjoys playing a game a lot doesn't make it an addiction as long as they have their priorities straight and live a healthy life style.

    And not everyone wants r9. Just because you do doesn't mean others do. I know quite a few people who are content with the latest G16 Nirvana gear or Regular G15 Nirvana and R8 combinations etc.

    If you still want to have challenges in this game(PvE wise),stay away from R9 or +10 stuff.

    Unless off course its easy mode b:cute

    I saw lots of mages with 10k+ Hp unbuffed....now that's scary,I wonder if they have any fun with such OP gear.

    in my personal opinion and experience about this game ... this thread is very true ..... before the rank sales the games was way more challenging and fun.

    it happened many times that after ranking sales became popular and everytime more often that many ppl that were bad players just get full R9 and sharded it to +10 and were 1 shooting ppl in tt99 that were rly good and skilled players, even ppl with nirvana gears that were good players were getting easy defeated for a nab with R9 full sharded and refined, this lately became in a -get tons of hypers go buy fc runs and get 101 the get full R9 and im OP!!- making a lot of NAB players with amazing gears, ppl stoped manking bh, instances, quests, lunar ... etc etc, so basicaly the game became a "push to lvl up and end gear" ... where is the fun on that? where is the challenge?

    as Lankaster said ... everything became a "idc i have R9" and this is sad. i moved to a new server when EU server came up thinking will be diff bc there was noone to pwlvl with fcs .... but for nothing bc after 2 weeks u had a lot of ppl being lvl 101 already bc of FC glitch and again ... full R9 .... this servers were even more dead than USA servers bc in this server u couldnt even find squads for normal fcs ..... and that is already too much ^^

    Anyways i dont find this game anything else but frustrating atm, this decadence of the essense of the game makes me rly sad and it made me stop playing the game i love soo much, and like me there are many other players.

    Even so i still have hope, im rly excited about this "aparently" new expansion that in PWI china seems is gonna come out, have read also that they plan on taking Hypers away (honestly WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!!) this will take out for sure the "push to lvl up to 101 in a week and get full R9 Nabs" this will make ppl come back to the old game when ppl made quest, bosses, bhs, instances, farmed theyr gear AND most important .... they learned to play theyr toon! bc they needed to grown with the toon, learn theyr weakness and strong points. So lets hope for this new expansion to be as amazing as it looks like ^.^ i cant wait for it come out, ill be the first person to come back, bc i love this game.

    PD: Notice this is MY opinion im not going against anyone so dont take it as a excuse to rage against someone ty ^^

    tbh, PWI give many update that give benefit for non CSer. t3 nirvana, u cant CS to get T# nirvana. u need to farm. and if we dont have enough money to buy rank 8 or rank 9 when u become 100, morai gear G12 and G15 is the best option for pve. all we need to do is just do daily that only need like 15 minute to finish. the thing is if ppl dont wanna farming or do daily. the other option is CS. Now the next question is, which way we want to choose?

    OP gears has always existed. When I first joined the game, there was an archer with a TT80+11 2 shotting everyone. Later on, there were people with +10-11 TT gears in major factions, and I think on LC at the time there were already R8 archers. When packs came out, you see the same thing again.

    I guess the only difference with R9 now, is that R9 introduced a whole new level of OP with the built in attack power. Before, gear didn't matter as much as refines, TT99+5 can still die to TT90+5...but R9 just has much more attack power.

    Then again, just as people who knew how to play could stand up to +12 people with lesser refined gear, so too can people with various refines of R9 compete with each other. It's not all face roll when everyone has R9. Even now, there are R9 scrubs widely known on each of our respective servers to be morons and easy kills, so go figure.

    As for getting 1 shot by R9 in **** gear, if you didn't invest as much time or money into the game as others, what do you expect in an MMO?

    :) nice question Bunga and I do agree with the part we have many stuff to farm ... the detail, and u said it is ... ^^ no one want to farm now, and even if u wanna solo Nirvana it isnt a soloable (at least to open) dungeon ..... and tbh >.> solo all the damm tts and nirvanas to make ur gear becomes annoying, is way more fun when u have a full squad and sometimes everything mess up and all squad ends up diying haha ^^ ..... wich also now is almost imposible that a squad get whiped out, bosses are too much weak now bc of the new gears that makes players rly OP (well im going out of subject here)

    the thing is that now is rly hard to find squads for farming and even for BH's and other stuff, at least in my last server Lothranis u could be shooting in WC for 2 hours (and im not jking) to get a squad for bh or fc and u end up ragequitting and go power lvl ur alts in fc with ur main bc u couldnt find the damm squad.

    and about ur question, im a person that LOVES the pvp, i rly enjoy making instances and farming ..... but after u spend 6 months soloing the 95% of the runs u make to farm/dailies/lvl up it start to get annoying, and u get bored (as i said .. this was in Loth server, i left RT when it came out, and maybe was a big mistake, bc Lothranis became a completly dead server, but also the reason why i left RT comes again to the reason of this thread, happened to me many times that ppl WCed for nirvana and when u ask to join squad they dont let u come bc ur wep is a R8 +6 and u are a lame DD with that .... yes i got ppl saying that to me many times ... so it became a "LFM caster Nirvana/Normal Nirvana R8+10 or R9 Link ur wep")

    This game changed prime purpose to be Gear Focused. R9 is the top gear, not the race game, sadly \=

    I have been playing others (great!) MMO these days and I found "Oh God! How long I miss to enjoy this environment that used to have in PWI?"

    When PW realized ppl were spending real money charging Zen to buy chips/packs/rank on Boutique and crashing the economic (through AH) to get coins to be R8 or to buy golden mats on Misterious Merchant, then they found the "chicken of the golden eggs" through their greedy big eyes O_O!

    I'm not against to make money with a game. Great MMOs have the same way, they publish F2P however there are a lot of good stuff in their boutiques to be bought.

    However, R9 was weird in the begining! You need to spend a lot of money/time to have it. It became an insane purpose! I remember in this forum, many argues from R8 players that were mad about this new game feature. What did PW do? Nothing.

    They had down of players and then the imperfect world begun.

    More and more R9 players were "spawned" around the world with their super red capes!

    So, what was funny before (the challenge to farm, to PVP, to TW, to PK) nowadays is ruined.

    That why every environment system in this game no longer doesn't matter... There's a feature that "cheat" everything with one purpose: be the one, the be the best, to 1 shot, to macro and kill everything in few seconds, to walk/fly around Archosaur and raise the ego! If you have money or no-life to farm forever your R9 gear, then the game challenge is nothing.

    Given this, PW is working to create "new chalengers". And, guess what? They created new farm gear system! Not satisfied with the mess, the more resolved to enhance the cancer.

    This is my opinion. You dont need to agree with me! If you still have fun with this game, then go to be happy as your way.

    I gave up.

    I lend the notebook of my gf and I was studing.
    I have a lot of friends in the game, I still log in their forums (and this one) sometimes. PW has a great game system.. however, ruined. Nowadays i feel my life isnt PWI anymore.

    Yes, I'm happy in my new world and i brought some friends with me ;D
    I still have to bring my others friends out of the world of Pangu ;D
