Perfect World won't start

I can get up to the second start button where it says in the bottom right that it's recommended to change your password frequently, but the start button isn't lit up, I've verified and updated all my files numerous times just to make sure, what am I doing wrong? thanks

    it happens to me all the time...just close that client and open a new one and try b:shutupb:laughb:laughb:laughb:laugh

    Do you have a character made to use? If you do, maybe try running the client as an admin. I run into issues and crashes when not running it in admin mode.
