Support page broken?

Anyone else not able to access their support page?

When i click on a ticket to review the update, i get this message

"Permission Denied

Illegal parameter"

I tried 3 browsers, same results. The blessing page is not connecting on either of the 3 browsers as well. Is this the beginning of another blessings page being broken because of the "text" that was going to be fixed? It simply could be me, happen often enough in pwi, one browser can not open the blessing page but another can.

    Having the same issue, submitted a ticket about not getting dq points from the chests i npced, i guess they influx of such questions was enormous, they decided to turn off tickets b:shutup

    If that say the ticket is solved you should have a email with the answer, you cannot see a solved ticket.

    You can still access the ticket to see what it was. My ticket is unresolved, and i get that error.

    So do I. It only occurs when I click the ticket to view the contents.

    If you use the link thats being sent to you via email then you should be able to access it.
    If you try to access via the above mentioned option it keeps saying "Permission denied".

    So, the direct link to the ticket works, perhaps there is something broken with the link https://support.perfectworld.com/app/account/questions/detail/i_id/pwe which you get to when you click on your ticket in the "Your Account" tab on the ticket page.
