Cant Send in Ticket????

ok this has made me very angry .. and since thursday i really didnt play much or say anything to anyone ... but i bought Rep hoping i would get packs like everyone else And i didnt ... So i Try to send in Ticket and it wont re-direct me to proper place or it says connection issues i have no connection issues or firewall..and i cant send ticket this is a huge problem not only did i put money on hoping for something that could help me out (Heroic Chest's)but i got nothing and because i cant send a ticket and i didnt over the weekend cause i didnt play at all i was angry as hell on but afk just to watch over my faction.. its not their faults ..im extremly angry .. i put 25 gold on and used all on rep threw 3 of my different toons i got 34 stacks .. all people i kno bought maybe 7-8 gold worth and got 3-5 k packs Wtf am i jinxed am i being punished causeim cash player... And why woul you end the Sale in middle of the Day thats stupidest thing ever... i woulda put more gold on and im pretty sure a whole lotta ppl woulda too... this needs to be looked into ...Im not only talking about the heroic Pack issues ....Im talkin about the fact i used contact a Gm in pwi for no reply.. i couldnt send a ticket cause the site dont brg you there... and i used about 3 mil worth of tokens on Tele's World Chatting for a Gm to contact me.. ive done everything i could since my blow up... the day i didnt get my packs and my girl and friends were opening theirs in front of me winning stuff i felt like **** didnt talk to anyone and everytime they would say oo look i got this much of this i o i won this .. this **** aint fair .. and i had no choice cause everyone is opening these packs so im sitting there like yea congrats on that..............b:cry................... plz Fix your site so i can send Ticket Plz get your Gm's online more often and Plz Reply to Contact a Gm Thank you.. Well i feel better now.. that wasnt so bad was it hahaha lolb:thanks seriously fix this b:angry

im still angry b:angryb:angryb:angry but thats only cause i wouldnt of bought rep at this moment if sale wasnt on i wont need rep for another week and ill put another 25-50 on but now that i keep gettin Shafted so to say .(Sales ending to early /talkin about put zen get free zen that didnt work for me .. i let that go . then the next one charge rewards same thing i put a few hundred on for those ones and now this sale and to watch everyone opening packs .. and getting things im actually need and ive paid alot for . gettig them free and i dont get anything .. still. Dam i guess im not over it .. Rant on i guess plz pwi Work with me here b:sad i...b:surrender
