    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    Eh, in one sense they're a good sign. Third-party gold sellers wouldn't bother with a game that was completely senescent and dying, there'd be little or no profit in it. OTOH, they are a sign of mismanagement --- the official game comany's doing something wrong, to leave these people a market niche big enough to be worth it. That's cash that could go straight to PWE but isn't, for some reason that PWE has all the necessary power to fix yet hasn't.

    Naming and shaming them, or opening tickets hoping to get them banned, won't work either; that's treating the symtoms and not the disease. The only truly effective way to eliminate them is to improve the game and market management to the point players see no need to use third-party sources for what they want to get in-game. Eliminate their market, eliminate their profits, eliminate their spamming --- everything else is just playing whack-a-mole while letting the moles prosper.

    Well last time naming and shaming them let PWI get a list of all the fake players, ips (I assume since it used to display on login), and websites that were selling fake golds. The thing is that the last batch weren't even particularly good at it, the gold in the AH was CHEAPER than the stuff they were offering. And yet still people fell for it and got their accounts ****. I will say this though, Even though these guys pop up out of the worm work from time to time, PWI has usually done a pretty decent job of handling it.

    True, but they could easily get the same list just by having a GM monitor world chat / archosaur white chat for a few hours a day. Acting like they need us players to do that is basically an admission that they aren't hiring enough GMs to handle their in-game issues, which is (another form of) mismanagement of their own game.

    No these guys are on 24/7 and they aren't going to pull GMs away from other things to monitor all chat channels 24/7. These guys also took to PMs when a lot of them were getting caught by GMs. I'm not sure if PMs are less easy to monitor but it would definitely take more than a couple of hours monitoring white chat to catch em all. Time better spent working on on other things. The player base is just as responsible for ensuring the community is free of scammers as the GMs are; just think of it as an MMO neighborhood watch.

    Time better spent working on what ? Spam posting like you in every thread? These games are their business, it's their job to police them, and thats what they are paid to do. That is the only work the GM's at PWE need to be doing.

    Oh look, another personal attack from a faceless alt who is to scared to stand by his insults in-game. b:cute As for what they should be doing that is better than just watching white chat all day? How about something like I dunno, answering tickets in a timely fashion? Or maybe perhaps, you know, looking into potentially game-breaking glitch reports? I'm sure there are ton of things they could be doing that is better than planting a seat in all the white chat areas and waiting around for hours for a gold seller to appear.
