Weird Perfect World Connection

I have 3 accounts, cleric, mystic and sin. When I go on my mystic's account, it loads up to where it says 'Entering Perfect World...' black screen, then it just stays there, doesn't allow me to enter and a while after it says disconnected from server. When I try to log on to my sin's account, i can log in, but i can't see any of my chars but I'm on the right server. When I try log onto my cleric's server, it loads up to that black screen again, except this time it says "Timeout 30s" And it just times out, doesn't allow me to log in either. It's been like this the whole day. I even tried reinstalling the game but it's still the same thing b:cry someone help please!

    for starters, make sure that the client's directory is in the exceptions list for your antivirus. Run a "Verify Files" a couple of times rather than re-installing, and then give your PC a good reboot.

    I think there is something to do with my network. Since previously my network provider had some problems and my telephone line (connected to internet) and some of my things that required internet weren't working. Now it's fixed and they're fine but PWI. I did as you told, but the same issue is happening. Then i tried logging onto my bank account, it worked. I could enter PWI, but as soon as I logged in, I got disconnected. My network should be fine though, as I can play other online games with a smooth connection.
