Rank 8 armor description. True or BS?

The description says it. "This gear enhances the power of the radiant eye on the seekers head."

All of the rank 8 gear a seeker gets says this.

As we know Radiant Sight is the new 100 skill that increases detection levels by 31 for 8 seconds.


So does it actually enhance the skil? Or is it just something put there just to take up space, like the majority of meaningless or not what was expected from the description scentences in Perfect World International?

    That text...it does not affect anything. Its just an additional description used to make the rank armor seem a bit more special.

    The only exception would be the jungle belts, but they also have the effect listed under the item's blue stats.
