Why does PWI hate Earthguards? (flyers)

Every other class except EG can pick up a 3.2-6.2 flyer this week for at most 12.5 gold. EG still stuck with a 3-5 or spending tens of millions for a super rare pack flyer.

Why?

    Was like this for Untamed for the longest time.

    there are now, a few, but there are some since a recent patch.

    as for the speeds in cash shop ... agreed. but, we dont have it nearly as bad a the MY servers, they want i think it was nearly 200 cubi-gold for the centipede (which costs about 60 USD i think?), while the other highest speed ones are like, 100 or less. lol.

    It'd be nice if the next set of flyers would just be put in the CS instead of in packs. I would like to buy a 3.2/3.3 flyer for my mystic. -.-;;

    How about we go with the obvious answer, they're the newest race. And even with the less pure marketing view, it's a lot easier to convince people to pay $100 for some silly digital piece of flying equipment that isn't even tangible once everyone is tired of wasting half an hour every time you decide to fly across the map. Better for business to get everyone to drop fat loads of cash out of desperation before they bring out the second wave of cheaper and more common flyers.

    Well, TB gets the short end of the stick as well; no new flyers in CS since they came out 2 years ago, just in packs, and none of the flyers are upgradable.

    Methinks they got a bit lazy with that.

    It's just much easier to make people waste tons of money on packs to have a chance to get the flight, instead of just putting it on Boutique for a fair price.

    This... Selling flyers in the boutique won't give the dev's even half the $$'s they get from packs... They even put boutique flyers in the event boutique for which you can obtain gold for for free because well... Probably they just weren't selling good anymore so they might as well make them obtainable for free... But their precious packs on the other hand bring in a lot of $$ each month because our game is full of gamble addicts...

    Yeah theres a new one coming out but do you really think its just gonna be able to be bought? Theyll make people spend cash on the packs, wasting it cause they wont get anything but tokens. They might get lucky and get the flyer token, but even then your gonna have to sell yer body and that of your friends just to buy the danged thing from a shop or the likes.
