Hacking Risk?

I was doing a BH run as per normal, and I decided to ask if anyone had an extra Zeal genie they would be willing to sell me, as I sold my genie, Discipline some time before. Someone gave me a lvl 80 Zeal with lots of high lvl items, and a good amount of lucky points. I was curious if this might allow someone to **** my char, or account? maybe a bugged item, or something like that? I ended up dropping it out of safety, and changing my password as well, but I was curious if it could be done with in game items or the like. I know someone will want to troll me and say I am a noob for dropping a great free genie, but I see more and more people getting **** all the time, and don't wanna risk it myself. I would appreciate maybe a GM or Tech/Dev answering, but I don't see that being likely. Thanx anyway!
