I cant submit a ticket

I recently tried to submit a ticket. I got a jonas blessing online but my char never got it on the mail. But when i tried to submit a ticket this error came out.
Any ideas what i should do?

    Not sure if this is your case but, if you changed your email linked to the account it not longer loads the support page, change it back to the old mail and it should work.
