Fuzzy is pretty sure its been about 9 days. They even announced in advance it would be going offline to give people a chance to grab an extra blessing or a few dq items.

Obviously they are aware of the issue and are working to get it solved. All the panda can ask is that people be patient. It will be up and running again as soon as they are able to sort it out.
