Odd Error Screen?

That is what I get when I try to open my PWI client for the new update.
Anyone else having this problem or had this problem and have a solution?

I've update my directx to 9c and everything.

    Make sure that you have the latest video driver from your video cards manufacturer installed. The driver Windows install won't work.

    Hmm, I'm unsure what to do now cause windows said it doesn't require updating, and I have no idea where to go on the NVIDIA website to see if mine needs updating.

    EDIT: I'm now getting the Runtime Error after that jibberish screen.
