Influence?

What's the max number of influencee points you can get?

I only got a max of 30 doing the emmisary quest and daily from the npcs?
I did the "3 order" quest as well, but only got prestige no influence points

already did the 'search button' no results, only the sticky and aps nerfing+channeling threads. b:surrender

so far it looks like itll take about 3 weeks per next tier skill, so really it isn't too slow.
