can't get to support

When i try to submit a ticket i get an error page. I tried to send email to support but no answer. If i have a problem i am told to send ticket or contact support.WTF????

    1. the support site fails and has issues with many browsers, especially IE and FireFox. Try clearing your cache, or upgrading to a real browser like Crhome.

    2. Even with sending them an e-mail, you're still waiting in line. Present experience shows that it could be a week before you get a reply of any kind. Don't forget, they are training a bunch of support noobs, and the system was recently upgraded so they are working on learning that as well. This makes our typical fail support system reach entirely new levels of failure.

    I use chrome actually.
    has been 2 weeks. In fact i already gave up.
    This game's support is absolutely disgusting.
