Very Odd Error

I searched as best as I could for this error, but the only thing I found didn't have a reply and I didn't want to necro it

So, I got a new computer and downloaded perfect world and after I verfied and patched it this* happened. So, I verified it again, and it happened again. I uninstalled it and redownloaded it and it happened...again. I verified it already and I still have no idea what happened :P

I hope someone has an idea on how to fix it. I don't want to keep using an ancient laptop to play the game ;3

Simple, you'll need to download Traditional (and simplified) Chinese pack to your computer depending on what operating system you use, ie XP, Vista etc.

Everything should work find after this, let me know if it doesn't work though.

I installed it, restarted my computer and it didn't work. Buuuut after I clicked the 'ok' button it did another popup, that I couldn't printscreen fast enough, that said something about runtime error. b:surrender

Edit: I'm going to verify files again to see if that might help.

I was able to get a printscreen of the runtime error. b:surrender should I still submit a ticket?

im getting all the same errors, and i tried installing the language pack, but it didnt help. It brought up something about not being able to find the zlibwapi.dll file. I looked in the element folder and found it in there. Still wont wont even after reinstalling.
